SEHI, understanding that some members may not want to do any of the house funding options its offer, has carefully created an investment pathway that guarantees that members have reason to be part of the family. SEHInvest, in no small measure, assists the initiative fund more houses for many desiring home owners that may not have access to some funding. The basic rule of the investment is that the capital-investment cannot be withdrawn until the fifth year., but interests will be paid at every calendar year. Compound interest shall not apply.

TO QUALIFY for SEHInvest, one must be a SEHI Member. membership entails subscribing to the initiative by Signing Up and following some other simple steps.
To subscribe to the SEHInvest, the following simple steps should be followed:
1. Expression and Subscription: One has to apply online by completing the application form. The investment comes in trenches of N5,000,000 only, with a maximum option of ten, which amounts to N50,000,000.
2. Issuance of Acceptance Letter: On the receipt of the completed Subscription Form, an Acceptance Certificate will be issued, which confirms acceptance of the subscription.
3. Payment of Investment Fund: Within 24 hours of issuance of the Acceptance Certificate, the investor is required to make the deposit of the funds subscribed to into the SEHInvest bank account. The bank account number can only be delivered through email. The bank account details will be stated in the Acceptance Letter
5. Execution of Investment Agreement and Issuance of Certificate: Immediately payment is successful, a confirmation mail shall be delivered to the investor aside from the confirmation message at the point of payment. Within 24 hours of confirmation of payment an Investment Agreement shall be executed with SEHI and an investment Certificate issued. This will conclude the investment process while the return on investment will continue till five (5) years.
