About SEHI

SOUTH-EAST HOUSING INITIATIVE is a special development agenda, meant to provide carefully funded, five (5) million residential houses, in the South East Nigeria, for Igbo diaspora residents. Non diaspora residents are also subscribed. The initiative is projected to expand the economic development of the region through our sustainable partnerships forged with different organisations --commercial and mortgage banks, government agencies and private individuals-- to achieve the goals.

The SEHI Initiative, with projected local and foreign direct fund investment of Two Hundred and Fifty Trillion Naira, in the next ten years, has activated an unprecedented economic boom in the region, never witnessed before, in the period
