HOW SEHI WORKS
SEHI is aimed to assist millions of Igbos living outside the Igbo land, to own decent homes in their home states. Subscribers have the option of utilizing the SEHI seamless services to acquire and build choice houses in any of the SEHI estates in over 10 urban centers in the region, or utilize our smooth funding options to build or complete existing projects on their private lands. Whichever the suits you, SEHI will be ready to assist you, in so far as the project is in the South East of Nigeria.

SOUTH-EAST HOUSING INITIATIVE has designed a simplified steps to benefit every subscriber with instruct to own a home in his or her home land
To subscribe to the initiative, the following simple steps should be followed:
1. Expression and Subscription Forms: As soon as you have made up your mind on the type of house you would need and the location too, kindly complete the Subscription Form and submit same as instructed.
2. Issuance of Offer Letter On the receipt of the completed expression form, a preliminary offer letter shall be issued to you. The Offer Letter will form part of the document required to review your mortgage application.
3. Confirmation of Funding Option: On receipt of your Subscription Form, the mortgage bank will do Mortgage Evaluation of your application upon which a funding report shall be delivered to you. The Funding report indicates if you are qualified for mortgage funding. In a case your mortgage application could not scale through, don't be worried, you still have the option of Self Funding to achieve your dream home in your home land.
4. Allocation of Plot:/Allocation Letter: At the conclusion of your funding option, and payment of all relevant fees, a plot of your choice shall be allocated to you in your choice location/estate.
5. Execution of Development Agreement: Immediately you are issued the Allocation Letter to the said Plot, you are expected to execute the Development Agreement with the SEHI Initiative. To do this, you must have obtained the Survey Plan of the assigned plot, paid all government and relevant fees and show evidence of immediate commencement of work at the site FORM
